With headquarters in Porto and offices in Lisbon and Coimbra, we have nearly 300 professionals and an international presence. VHM is part of Groupe IDEC, an international group operating in engineering, construction and real estate development.

construction coordination and supervision
We monitor and coordinate construction works, ensuring compliance with the designs, schedules, costs and quality requirements defined by the client.
We combine technical expertise with close on-site monitoring of materials, equipment, execution methods and the work carried out by contracted teams, ensuring rigorous management of each project.
construction safety coordination
We promote safety throughout the different stages of the project and construction, integrating prevention, risk assessment and monitoring of safety conditions.
We develop and implement plans, procedures and safety systems, ensuring coordination between the different stakeholders and contributing to safer and more responsible working environments.
environmental monitoring
We integrate environmental considerations into the management and execution of projects and construction works, monitoring compliance with environmental obligations and best practices.
We develop environmental management and monitoring plans, including waste management, and support the implementation of solutions that promote more efficient and responsible practices.
energy studies
We develop energy studies to assess building performance and the compliance of projects with energy efficiency and certification requirements.
We analyse solutions that combine efficiency, economic feasibility and reduced consumption, including the integration of renewable energy systems and sources.
project review and optimisation
We analyse projects in an integrated manner to identify opportunities for technical, economic and construction optimisation.
We carry out measurements, budget estimates and cost analyses, assessing the impact of decisions made throughout the project and construction phases. The aim is to support more informed decisions, reduce risks and ensure greater efficiency in execution.
