Civil Engineer - Fiscal (m-f) - Porto
Role:
Site preparation - analysing and checking the project, drawing up and adapting the site quality plan, analysing and validating the work plan, financial schedule and human resources and equipment mobilisation map.
Coordination of the work - checking the drawings, managing changes to the work, managing requests for clarifications, approving materials and clarifications, approving subcontractors, financial control of the work, control of the planning of the work, requests for extensions to deadlines, quality control and execution of the contract work, making entries in the work book, drawing up reports.
Closing the work - carrying out the inspection and provisional acceptance of the work, settlement of the contract, drawing up the closing report and management of guarantees and final acceptance of the work.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil Engineering;
- Valid registration with the Order of Engineers;
- Professional experience in supervising construction works and commercial premises;
- Planning and organisational skills;
- Orientation towards meeting objectives and deadlines;
- Dynamism and good communication skills;
- A love of teamwork.
