Special Installations Inspector (m/f) - Madeira

Role:
Site preparation: Analysis and verification of the project; preparation and adaptation of the site quality plan; analysis and validation of the work plan, financial schedule and human resources and equipment mobilization map.
Coordination of work: Checking drawings, managing changes to work, managing requests for clarifications, approving materials and clarifications, approving subcontractors, financial control of the work, control of planning on site, requests for extensions to deadlines, quality control and execution of the work, making entries in the work book, drawing up reports.
Closing work: Inspecting and provisionally accepting the work, settling the contract, drawing up a closing report and managing guarantees and finally accepting the work.

Requirements for the job:
- Secondary education;
- Professional experience in supervising construction work and commercial areas;
- Training in electrical energy systems or electromechanical maintenance;
- Knowledge of ITED/ITUR/Active Safety, sustainable energy;
- Excellent planning and organizational skills;
- Orientation towards meeting objectives and deadlines;
- Dynamism and good communication skills;
- A love of teamwork.
