Founded in 1993 with a small team, VHM now has 260 employees specialising in the preparation of studies and projects, coordination, management, supervision and safety coordination of works and environmental management. It draws up and coordinates all the specifications, preparing and implementing the processes for consulting contractors. In all specialities, VHM guarantees the necessary technical assistance, from the execution of the work to final acceptance.
work coordination and supervisionAnalysing, monitoring and coordinating the projects and works of the teams hired by the owner. VHM has qualified staff for all aspects of construction management, who carry out all the supervision, financial control and scheduling work with rigour. It guarantees the most complete quality control of materials, equipment and execution methods for all contracts and supplies.
site safety coordinationVHM carries out activities in all areas related to safety, hygiene and health at work, including emergency and evacuation plans, fire safety projects, safety manuals, organisation of SHT services, safety procedures and risk analyses. It promotes safety coordination on projects and construction sites, implements and audits safety systems and controls safety conditions, and promotes training in this specific area.
environmental monitoringThe VHM team provides all the services required for environmental monitoring. In the area of studies, it draws up waste management plans, management plans and monitoring plans.
energy studiesCarrying out energy studies with a view to verifying the suitability of projects in terms of compliance with building energy certification regulations (rccte and rsece). Promoting energy efficiency solutions that combine low installation costs with reduced consumption, particularly through the use of renewable energies.
project review and optimisationCarrying out measurements and budget estimates and preparing bills of quantities for construction materials and equipment for the owner and executing organisation.
Analysing the impact of decisions taken at all stages of the project and work, advising on
management and cost control. VHM acts as an arbitrator in dispute situations.
