New supervision services for the repair and conservation works on the 25 de Abril Bridge

VHM was the winning company in the international public tender for the acquisition of supervision services for the ‘25 de Abril Bridge - Repair and Conservation Works Contract II’

The work itself will begin in December 2018 and includes work on the stiffening beam, the south abutment, the foundation mass of abutment 3, the railway deck and the road deck.

The contract was promoted by IP Infraestruturas de Portugal and will run for more than two years. The VHM team is made up of 12 technicians and includes specific management, coordination, specialists in metal structures, welding, painting, repair of concrete structures, safety and environmental coordination.

This project confirms VHM's regular presence on the national major infrastructure circuit.
