The renowned PARFUMS DIOR brand entrusted IDEC SANTE with the design and construction of its new Quality Control laboratory at its industrial site in Saint-Jean-de-Braye (45). 

Developed over a total area of 5,500 m² across three levels, the project includes 2,160 m² of Quality Control laboratories covering physicochemical analysis, microbiology and sensory analysis. It also features 540 m² of dedicated perfume sample storage facilities, as well as offices and a dedicated Quality Assurance area. 

Designed to meet the specific requirements of the cosmetics industry and the needs of PARFUMS DIOR, the building combines high-performance laboratory facilities with work environments adapted to the site's various functions. 

The project also reflects an ambitious approach to environmental performance, with the objective of achieving BREEAM Excellent certification upon completion, demonstrating a commitment to integrating high sustainability standards from the earliest design stages.
